Collect your order in as little as an hour
On the whole most parcels do arrive on time, however we are the mercy of the courier and occasionally delays, regrettably may occur.
If you’ve not received your order within 5 working days of receiving the dispatch e-mail please contact us immediately.
Finally we advise you to check the contents of the order with the inventory sent with the goods. In the rare instance that goods are missing, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily send out the missing goods at no extra cost to you.
If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order and take photos of the damages if possible so that we can come to a quick resolution for you.
